Consumption and standard ESG are against the laws of nature
Codification of consumeristic companies. Defeating consumer class actions / collective claims and ESG claims with the laws of nature.

Consumption is against the universal and mathematical laws of nature and, as such, the shift to a sustainable society cannot happen unless this model is changed by means of legal cases and / or codification; and, by a change in the underlying mathematical models, from financial to physics / geometrical ones, and the support of modern technologies.

Sustainab-Law takes a renewed version of the perpetual motion machine and the Carnot thermodynamic cycle as benchmark for sustainability, proposed in the De Lege et Amore. Theory of Interrelation & Sustainability. In such model, every work or life cycle ends up with entropy, i.e. waste (like consumer product), that can in turn be turned into a new work or life cycle potentially infinitely.

On this basis, Sustainab-Law is prepared to support in:

- codification of consumer companies, that means leading a sustainable transformation of the company in a way that the company, profit and potentially society at large becomes sustainable under the said model. In practice, it means leading the consumeristic company's lawyers and advisors on corporate restructuring with web 3.0 technologies on algorithm 1love.works©, transforming into private company if listed and issuing tokens instead of shares, restructuring of the business model to fit the renewed perpetual machine model etc.;

- defeating consumer class actions, based on the argument that consumer law was enacted under incorrect mathematical assumptions, as physics scientists did not include human laws amongst the laws of nature.

- defeating ESG claims, on the basis that ESG human laws are enacted not considering the universal and mathematical laws of nature.
